Mechanic in Waterloo — Servicing & Repairs
Straight down Botany Road, with honest advice on what actually needs doing.
Waterloo is an easy run to the workshop straight down Botany Road, and like neighbouring Zetland it is dominated by apartment living and basement parking.
Much of what we do for Waterloo customers is sorting out cars that have had cheap work done elsewhere. Brake pads fitted without machining scored discs, the wrong oil grade used at a quick-lube place, alignment never checked after suspension work. None of it is dramatic on its own, and all of it costs more to unpick later.
If you are not sure whether previous work was done properly, bring the car in. We will inspect it and tell you plainly what is fine and what is not, without inventing problems.

Servicing Waterloo — common questions
Do you service cars from Waterloo? +
Yes. Our workshop is at 589-591 Gardeners Rd, Mascot NSW 2020, about 9 minutes away from Waterloo. We service and repair all makes and models, and Waterloo customers make up a regular part of our work. Call 02 9667 4008 to book.
Can I drop my car off before work? +
Yes. We open at 7:30am Monday to Friday, so you can drop the car in early and collect it after work. If you need to leave it overnight or arrange a different pick-up time, just let us know when you book.
Will servicing here affect my new-car warranty? +
No. Australian law allows you to have a new vehicle serviced by any qualified workshop without affecting the manufacturer warranty, provided the correct schedule, parts and fluid specifications are followed. We service to the manufacturer schedule and stamp your logbook.
Do I need to book, or can I just turn up? +
Booking is best, particularly for a full service, so we can have the right parts on hand and get your car back to you the same day. For a quick look at a noise or a warning light, you are welcome to call and drop in.
